| 摘 要： | 从“学校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想”入手，分析了体育与健康教育相结合的必要性、现状和基本原则。提出了体育与健康教育相结合的若干对策，提出进一步认识体育与健康教育相结合的重要意义，教育行政部门要对学校的健康教育进行具体指导、督促、检查，定期开展评估活动。认真总结体育与健康教育结合的经验和教训，各级党委和政府要切实加强领导，加强师资培养和培训。

| Abstract: | In this thesis the author analyses the necessity, the present situation and some basic principles of PE and healthy education, puts forward some proposals of countermeasures concerning of which including deepening the educationalists' with PE and healthy education, understanding for the importance of the combining PE with the healthy education; the educational administration department should enhance its supervision, and evaluation, pay attention to the exchange of the experiences and the drawing for the lessons, also the leading organizations at all levels of the party and the local govenment should strengthen the management of the teachers' training. |
