| 摘 要： | 人类需要是认识体育本质的理论支点,人类需要是体育产生的客观必然,人类需要是体育发展的永恒动力,人类需要正确的认识体育本质。体育本质是人类为适应自然和社会,以身体练习为基本手段,自觉地改善自我身心、开发自身潜能和提高生活质量的社会实践活动。

| Abstract: | The need of human beings(NH) is one of the theoretical bases for recognizing the nature of physical education(PE);it is the objective necessity for the birth of PE and it is also the driving force for the development of PE.PE is a kind of social activities of man to adapt to his natural environment,to consciously improve his physical and mental health,to cultivate his potentiality,and to better his quality of life.As a result,human beings need to recognize NPE and with the development of the society,the recognition has been deepening.This paper,based on the relationship between NH and PE,makes a tentative exploration on the nature of PE. |
