| 摘 要： | 体育和政治有着亲缘关系，源于国家负有保障公民体育权利的义务。但是，国家的职能也以此为限，不能给体育增添更多的政治功能。因为，体育权在性质上属于社会权，不能够代替自由权的功能，国家不能够借助体育来灌输它的政治理念。这一界限也适用于国际性体育活动。

| Abstract: | Sport has the close relation with political, because the state was supposed to protect the right of sport. But the state function should be limited, adding no more politics burdens on sport. The right of sport is social right in quality, and it cant replace the right of freedom. So the state shouldnt infuse its political ideal into sport. The guide line also apply on the international sport game. |
