| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会的发展,人类的进步,物质文化和生活水平的提高,人对美的追求越来越强烈。在体育教学中进行美育渗透能提高学生的健康水平,增强学生的体质,促使学生身体均匀发展,同时能给予学生在动作、技术、柔韧、力量、韵律等各方面美的享受。从而激发学生学习的积极性、主动性和自觉性,促使教学质量的提高。美在体育教学中的使用,应符合运动生物力学原理和人体生理机能发展的规律。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern science,human-being is progressing,matertial civilization and level of living are improving. It is becoming stronger and stronger, let the art education into P. E. teaching can improve students'health level, increase students' physiques and make students' body balance to develop. Aesthetic education also can let students to have enjoyment in the motion flexibility technique,strength,rhythm,stimulate student's passion,initative volunteer. To use aesthetic must be fit for principle of biology mechanics and regularity of physiology function. |
