| 摘 要： | 通过对软实力和文化软实力的研究，阐述了武术软实力的概念。武术软实力的核心要素包括：武术生命的传承延续力、武术精神的民族凝聚力、武德的感召力、武术的艺术审美力、武技的创新力五个方面。在新的历史时期，武术软实力的建设主要有武术文化层、竞赛管理体制层和对外传播层三个方面，以此加速武术国际化进程。

| Abstract: | This manuscipt describes the Wushu soft strength. Based on the reseach of the soft strength and the cultural soft strength, the author presents the concept and the essential factors about the Wushu soft strength. The essential factors of Wushu soft strength include five aspects , such as Wushu life inheritance vitality, Wushu spirit national cohesion, Wushu morality inspirational force, Wushu artistic aesthetic faculty and the feat of Wushu innovation. In the new historical period, the Wushu soft strength construction mainly includes the Wushu cultural stratum, the competition and management of government system and the dissemination to the foreign, Wushu internationalization will advance by these accelerations. |
