| 摘 要： | 通过对腰椎间盘突出症的解剖生理特点及损伤机理、运动员在一些动作练习和不同运动项目中易发生腰部损伤的分析,提出了相应的诊断和治疗方法,以及功能锻炼和预防措施。目的在于减少腰椎间盘症的发病率,让人们多参加体育锻炼,增强身体素质。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the rate of causing disci intervertebrales convex, encourage people to take part in the exercises actively for building up their physiques, the author puts forward the proper diagnosis and medical treatment as well as functional exercises and preventive measures on basis of analyzing the dissected physiological feature of disci intervertebrales convex and it s injure reasons, including the athletic injures which are easily done on their waists when they are doing certain exercise in various events. |
