| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对高职院校＂校企结合＂培养竞技人才的模式构建与发展对策进行了探索。研究认为,高职院校＂校企结合＂培养竞技人才模式有利于解决学校培养运动员资金短缺问题并能够拓宽学生的就业渠道,同时能够构建校企合作的社会互动平台。但由于该模式还处于探索阶段,加之校企双方合作的积极性不高,组织机构也不完善,致使该模式的构建还需要长时间探索。建议高职院校应加强与媒体互动,确立有效的激励机制,完善组织机构建设,强化部门职责。

| Abstract: | Basing on the analysis the dynamic reflect and the problems in the implementation of sports talent training with the combination of school and enterprise,the paper uses the research methods of literature,logical analysis etc to explore the model construction and development countermeasures for sports talent training in higher vocational colleges.The result shows that the training model of sports talent with the combination of school and enterprise will solve the problem of capital shortage of sports talent training,and can be able to broaden employment channels for students,build social interaction platform for higher vocational colleges and enterprise.But because the model is still in the exploratory and preliminary stage and the cooperation enthusiasm is not high between school and enterprise,so it must take a long time to explore the construction of the model.The paper suggests that the higher vocational college should strengthen the interaction with the media,establish an effective incentive mechanism,perfect the organization construction,and strengthen the responsibilities of departments. |
