| 摘 要： | 古代“文治武功”政策，从向度、维度与深度等方面对体育的发展产生了重要影响。在我国古代史上，“崇文抑武”政策贯穿于宋代始末，它造就了极致的华夏民族文化，对作为文化有机组成部分的体育也产生了深远的影响。在“崇文抑武”政策下，宋代军事体育实力“形强实弱”，宫廷体育与民间休闲体育融合并繁荣发展，女子与文人士大夫体育发展缓慢。对我国当代体育发展的借鉴价值有：重视体育礼仪教育利于治理竞技体育异化，减少政府不当干预利于体育市场发展，排斥武学（即学校体育）影响国民体质提升。

| Abstract: | In ancient China, the policy of political and military achievements has played a significant influence on the development of sports in dimension and depth. Meanwhile, the policy of valuing literature and despising military, which is due to specific historical environment and subjective choice of the ruling class, dominated the Song dynasty from the very beginning and resulted to superb and unique Chinese Culture. While the palace sports and folk leisure sports integrated and prospered, the woman sports and humanity sports were deterred. From this point of view, current sports should value the sports etiquette to prevent competitive sports from differentiation and reduce improper government intervention so as to prevent school sports from harming the national physical fitness. |
