| 摘 要： | 教育要面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来。在新世纪我们有必要审时度势，迎接挑战，把握机遇，促进发展。章通过探讨面向２１世纪高校体育教师继续教育的目标，原则和内容等问题，提出了构建高校体育教师继续教育的模式及其保障机制，以期提高高校体育教师的整体素质，为在新世纪高校体育教师继续教育提供理论依据。
