| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对新时期全运会的改革与发展进行了探讨,其主要观点为：第一,体育强国理念下的全运会管理体制与运行机制的改革是我国竞技体育由体育大国向体育强国迈进的重要保证;第二,全运会的项目设置、组织管理、场馆布局等方面应体现＂全国＂和＂全民＂参与的特征;第三,全运战略与奥运战略应良性互动,共同为建设体育强国提供竞技保证;第四,全运会应为全民健身和提高人民体育锻炼意识服务,为建设体育强国提供体育人口保障;第五,全运会应加强市场化、产业化程度,为建设体育强国提供经济基础。 |

| Abstract: | By comprehensive research methods, the author analyzed the development trend of China＇ s National Games through strong sports country. The opinions were as followings. Firstly, under the principle of national sports power, the reform of the management system and operation mechanism of China＇ s National Games Was the important guarantee that Athletic sports changed strong sports country into big sports country. Secondly, China＇ s National Games should embody ＂all＂ of ＂National and universal＂ about Project Settings, organization and management, venue layout etc. Thirdly, the strategies of Olympic Games and China＇ s National Games should benign interactive in order to provide competitive guarantee.. Fouthly, China＇ s National Games should Service for the physical fitness and rais the awareness of sports exercises,and improve industrialization and commercialization in order to Provide sports population security for constructioning strong sports country. Fifthly, China＇ s National Games should improve industrialization and commercialization in order to provide economic foundation for constructioning strong sports country. |
