| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对山西省临汾市青少年竞技健美操训练基地后备人才发展状况进行了调查,从运动员的年龄结构、训练时间的安排、获奖情况、训练态度、场地及设施等方面进行了分析与研究,并针对存在的问题,提出了相关建议与对策。

| Abstract: | Since Linfen is one of the best cities which develop sport aerobics well, exploring the development of adolescent competitive aerobics training bases in linfen is expected to offer some useful theoretical aids to national adolescent competitive aerobics training. Study methods： literature consultation, questionnaire, interviews and statistics analysis. Conclusions and suggestions： With good training foundation and facilities, adolescent competitive aerobics training base has made brilliant achievement in various competition. Meanwhile, there still exists such problems as unreasonable gender structure of trainees and trainers, poor training environment, etc. |
