| 摘 要： | 在云南侨界，梁金山无疑是一个响当当的名字，他的一生颇具传奇色彩，关于他的出国原因、出国线路、发迹过程以及受英国女皇表彰缘由等问题，迄今一直是众说纷纭。目前，有关记述梁金山生平的文章为数不多，现本着尊重历史和学术探讨的精神，胪陈管见于下，以敬俟指教。
