不同颜色蚕豆的红外光谱研究

摘    要:蚕豆是世界上第六大食用豆类作物,具有较高的营养价值和药用价值。蚕豆常见的颜色有白色和绿色,两者在口感上稍有区别,在经济价值上也不同,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对同一产地同一年份的两种颜色的蚕豆进行光谱研究。结果表明,两种颜色的蚕豆在子叶的吸收峰上有区别。根据红外光谱的谱峰形状和位置,可以判断两种蚕豆的主要化学成分。利用该方法可以快速、简捷地区分两种蚕豆。

Abstract:Broad bean,which is the world’s sixth largest food legume crops,has a high nutritional and medicinal value.The most common bean are white and green.Both are different in taste and economical value.By using Fu Liye transform infrared spectroscopy on the two different bean produced in the same place and the same year,researchers have found that the bean of different color are different in cotyledons of absorption peaks.They also have found a way to classify them and to determine the chief chemical compounds based on the IR spectral peak shape and position.
