| Abstract: | The financial difficulty of local higher schools has drawn extensive social attention.These schools have heavy financial burdens,which has a severe negative impact on the stability of these institutions.This article aims at finding out the causes of this difficulty,and probes into new thinking to solve this problem,so as to overcome this 'bottleneck' in the cause of development of these schools. |
