| 摘 要： | 免官是北魏官吏处罚制度的重要形式之一。处罚对象广泛、处罚原因和处罚形式多样、处罚制度较为完善是北魏免官制度的特点。在强化君权、整饬吏治方面,北魏免官制度发挥了一定的作用。

| Abstract: | The System of recalling officials was one of the important forms of the adminstrative sanction system of officals in Bei-Wei period. It had several features:broad targets of sanction, various reasons of sanction and forms of sanction, and kind of perfect systems of sanction, andso forth. In Bei-Wei Period, the System of Recalling Officials played certain roles of strengthening imperial power, overhauling and consolidating the management of officials. |
