| 摘 要： | 随着关税壁垒逐渐降低,非关税贸易壁垒在国际贸易中的重要性日益上升,技术性壁垒则是非关税贸易壁垒中最重要的一项内容。技术性贸易壁垒正在越来越多地被欧美等发达国家广泛使用,而中国首当其冲地受到了技术贸易壁垒的伤害。因此,我国必须选择必要策略去应对这种状况。

| Abstract: | With the decrease of tariff barriers, the importance of non-tariff barriers is increasing in the world trade.Technical barrier is the most important part of non-tariff barriers. It has been wildly used in the trade of Europe and the United States. But it has caused a harmful effect on the development of the world trade, China in particular.Therefore, measures should be taken to deal with this situation. |
