| 摘 要： | 企业经营战略的实施有赖于对战略的有效执行。战略执行力日益成为企业竞争的利器。本文分析了我国企业战略执行力不足的表现及原因,提出了通过管理制度体系、核心流程、绩效管理、员工能力提高等方式提高企业战略执行力。
