| 摘 要： | 院系教学档案是学校整体档案的基础,是教学管理、教学研究不可缺少的依据和参考,但目前档案工作存在管理制度不健全、档案意识薄弱等问题,因此,应建立健全管理制度,增强管理意识,真正发挥教学档案在高校教学管理过程中的作用。
