| 摘 要： | 持球突破是一项具有很强攻击性的进攻技术 ,且能较好与其它技术组合成结合技术 ,对稳固防守极具威胁。对它的防守极其重要 ,需要队员准确判断 ,大胆逼近 ,以快速的脚步移动 ,形成正面防守的姿势 ,逼其停步或改变动作 ,以攻击性的防守变被动为主动 ,从而瓦解其锐利的突破。对防守基本方法和教学要点的分析 ,有助于巩固积极防御的指导思想 ,全面提高防突能力

| Abstract: | Break-through is a powerful attack skill.Combination of this skill with other skills poses a great threat to strong defence.Defending break-through is very important,which requires accurate judgment,bold approach and rapid step movement of the player so that his rival has to stop and change action.In this way,offensive defence turns passivity into activity so that it destroys break-through.Analysis of basic defence methods and main points in teaching helps consolidate the guiding idea of active defence and improve an all-round ability to defend break-through. |
