对接企业文化的高职艺术设计教学探索

摘    要:高职院校有计划地从微观角度对接企业文化进行具体课程教学的改革,更应从宏观上在其艺术设计课程体系和人才培养方案中融入企业文化的因素。教学改革对接企业文化,将有效提升高职艺术设计毕业生的文化素养、团队意识、服务理念、沟通表达等竞争"软实力",有利于学生在校期间明确学习目标,更容易对今后从事的艺术设计类行业、企业产生认同感和归属感,有助于他们适应全新的工作环境并尽快稳定和就业。

Abstract:In the early postwar period of WWII, the Japanese government promulgated "Basic Law of Education" , "Law of School Education" and other laws in order to revitalize the higher education, laying a solid legal foundation for the rapid expansion of Japanese higher education. With the growth of school-age population, the increased demand for talents by the high-speed economic growth in Japan and the rise of human capital, Japanese higher education achieved rapid development in 1960s and 1970s. From the above three aspects, this paper attempts to analyze the causes of rapid expansion of Japanese higher education during this period. Meanwhile, it briefly discusses the dominant position of private universities in the development of Japanese higher education.
