| 摘 要： | 近年来,农民收入增长缓慢,主要是因为农村产业、产品结构的不合理,农产品相对过剩而影响价格走低、流通渠道不畅、农业综合效益不高、农村剩余劳动力转移受阻、农民负担加重等多种因素造成.要促进农民收入持续较快增长,必须加快调整优化农村经济结构、推进农业科技进步、迅速推进城镇化进程,引导农民向二、三产业转移.深化农村土地、经营、税费等各项制度改革,为农民增收提供保障.

| Abstract: | In recent years,peasants' income has been growing slowly.The main reasons for this are that both rural industry and agricultural product structure are not reasonable and that the price is dropping due to product surplus and that the sales remain obstructed and that the comprehensive benefit of agriculture is minimal and that shifting surplus rural laborer meets hindrance and that peasants' burden is getting greater.To increase peasants' income,the structure of rural economy must be adjusted and optimized instantly,the progress in agrciulture science and technology be advanced,urbanization process be accelerated and peasants be guided to transfer to second and tertiary industry.Only the reform deepened of various rules and rugulations on rural land,management,charges and taxation can constant growth of peasants' income be assured. |
