摘    要:高等职业教育对工匠精神的培育责无旁贷。小班化教学是高校教学改革的必然趋势。基于教学环境论和社会心理环境论原理,阐述小班化教学利于培育学生工匠精神的原理。在此基础上,以“道路工程测量”课程为例,实证研究了基于工匠精神培育的小班化教学设计,包括分组形式、内容选取、教学方式方法、考核方法、实施效果等。实施效果表明,小班化教学在精益化提升专业技能、促进工匠精神培育方面表现出较强的优越性,相关做法可为高等职业教育教学提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is duty-bound to the cultivation of artisan spirit.Small class-oriented teaching is an inevitable trend of college teaching reform.Based on the theory of teaching environment and the principle of social psychological environment,this paper expounds the principle that small class-oriented teaching is conducive to cultivating students’artisan spirit.Meanwhile,taking the course Road Engineering Surveying as an example,it empirically studies the teaching design of small class based on the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit,involving the grouping form,content selection,teaching method,assessment method and implementation effect,etc.The practice indicates that small class-oriented teaching shows great superiority in improving lean professional skills and promoting the cultivation of artisan spirit.Relevant practices can be references for higher vocational education and teaching.
