摘    要:扬州传统老字号的形成和发展,是扬州经济繁荣的历史见证,也是扬州商业发展的一个缩影。随着我国市场经济的发展,传统老字号企业的生存和发展也面临着巨大的挑战,针对其经营中存在的问题,在充分调查和分析的基础上,以老字号企业的机制改革为突破点,提出了从制度、理念、产品、经营方式、营销手段、品牌意识等六方面推动扬州商业老字号创新发展的建议和措施。

Abstract:The formation and development of traditional old and famous shops in Yangzhou is the historical evidence of Yangzhou economic prosperity and also a microcosm of Yangzhou business development.With the development of China's market economy,the survival and development of the traditional old and famous enterprises are facing great challenges.In light of the problems existing in their operation,on the basis of full investigation and analysis,and with the mechanism reform of the old and famous enterprises as the breakthrough point,this paper comes up with the measures to promote the innovative development of the old and famous shops in Yangzhou from such six aspects as systems,concepts,products,operating forms,marketing methods and brand consciousness.
