| 摘 要： | 以346名(65～81岁)城市老年人为研究对象,探讨老年人健康促进生活、休闲运动效益对心理幸福满足感的影响效果及幸福满足感的预测力.结果:老年人的健康促进生活、休闲运动效益及心理幸福满足感整体层面均属于中上程度,健康促进生活及休闲运动效益与心理幸福满足感之间呈现相关性,健康促进生活与休闲运动效益各分层面可以共同预测心理幸福满足感整体层面及分层面.

| Abstract: | 346 urban elders( ages 65- 81) were selected as object to examine the predict of health promoting lifestyle, benefit in sport leisure in psychological well- being of urban elders. The results showed that the health promoting lifestyle, benefit in sport leisure, and psychological well- being of urban elders are all from medium to high, the health promoting lifestyle, benefit in sport leisure, and psychological well- being are interrelate, The sub- layer of health promoting lifestyle and benefit in sport leisure can predict the whole and sub- layer of psychological well- being. |
