| 摘 要： | 体育俱乐部是体育事业的基本单位。随着我国体育改革的进行，出现了各种形式的俱乐部，标志着我国体育走上了社会化道路。理论界近年来对此进行了大量的研究。对其中一些重要的研究成果进行了综述，如体育俱乐部的概念、性质、地位、作用、现状现发展趋势、管理体制和运行机制等问题，以供研究者参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Club is the basic unit of sport system.Various kinds of sport club appeared with the reforming of Chinese sports system,which is an important symbol of socialization of the system.Lots of theoretical researches have been made on it in recent years.The main results,such as the concept,character,function,current situation,development management and operating system of sports club,have been reviewed here. |
