| 摘 要： | 从体育统计方法的认识出发，讨论了定量研究、定性研究、实证研究等不同层次研究方法的意义和局限，指出研究方法必须与研究问题紧密结合，研究问题必须有正确方法保证，并分析了使用研究方法时出现问题的主、客观原因。

| Abstract: | The author discussed the meanings and limitations of different research methods such as quantitative research, qualitative research, confirmatory research and action research, and pointed out that the research method should have a close relation with research question, conversely the research must have a correct method. In the final, the subject and object factors that influence the researchers when they choose the methods were also concluded. |
