| 摘 要： | 联邦德国体育俱乐部作为一类松散的自由团体具有“自由的成员资格”、“以成员利益为准则”、“不依赖第三者”、“义务参与工作”和“民主决策制”这五大结构特征。在其协调运转中又表现出“团结合作”、“角色分配”、“非正式控制”、“协调自治”和“通过人际关系树立形象”这五类行为特征。

| Abstract: | Sport clubs as one of the free organizations in Germany have the following five structural peculiarities: 1. free-will qualifications of members, 2. most important members interest 3. independence in club management, 4. working voluntarily, 5. democratic decision-making. Members in sport clubs also have been showing their behavioral characteristics as following: cooperation, position assignment, informal control, self-coordination and creating a good image through members self-communication |
