长时间低强度游泳运动对大鼠心血管系统肾上腺髓质素及其受体活性修饰蛋白mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨运动训练带来心血管系统ADM、RAMP2在mRNA水平上的变化。方法:选用雄性Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠随机分为3组,安静对照组(CR,n=8)、运动力竭组(ER,n=8)和运动训练组(TR,n=8)进行饲养训练。RT-PCR测定心尖肌组织和主动脉弓部血管ADMmRNA、RAMP2mRNA的表达水平。结果发现:(1)与安静对照组相比,一次急性有氧力竭游泳运动对大鼠心脏和主动脉ADM和RAMP2的mRNA表达无显著影响;(2)与安静对照组相比,长时期进行低强度的有氧游泳训练能在不同程度上引起心脏ADM和RAMP2的mRNA表达显著上调,反映出长期低强度有氧运动训练后心脏在分子水平上的良好适应;而长时期进行低强度有氧游泳训练对主动脉的影响是ADMmRNA表达显著下调,RAMP2、mRNA表达无显著变化。

Abstract:The main purpose of the research was to survey rats cardiovascular expression of ADM mRNA? RAMP2mRNA after a eight-week swimming training, and then to elucidate elementarily molecular mechanism of exercise-induced adaptation. 24 purebred male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into three groups: controlled(CR, n=8), exhausted(ER, n=8), trained(TR, n=8). After swimming training left ventricular muscle and main artery arch are extracted, we are inspecting the expression of ADM mRNA, RAMP2mRNA by RT-PCR. The results were shown as follows: 1.Comparing with the controlled group, one time exhausting exercise has no significant effect on cardiovascular expression of ADM mRNA and RAMP2mRNA. 2.Comparing with the controlled group, long-term aerobic swimming training made significantly cardiac expression of ADM mRNA and RAMP2mRNA rising, so that long-term aerobic training induces benign cardiac adaptation in molecular level; nevertheless, long-term aerobic swimming training made significantly vascular expression of ADM mRNA down, and has no significant effect on vascular expression of RAMP2mRNA.
