| 摘 要： | 从当代市民社会理论的视角，论述了在我国培育非营利体育组织的重要性。认为，随着我国经济市场化、政治民主化进程的加快，政府体育管理职能的进一步转变，非营利体育组织会得到较快的发展。政府应采取措施，大力培植非营利体育组织，为非营利体育组织的发展创造更为宽松的环境。

| Abstract: | From the view of civil society theory,in this paper,the authors discussed the importance of cultivating non-profit organization in China.The authors pointed that non-profit organization will develop quickly as the accelerating process of market economy and political democracy,and the government's functions in sports management will be adjusted.Government should adopt measure,give energetic support to fostering non-profit sport organization,and provide a good environment for the development of the non-profit sport organization. |
