| 摘 要： | 体育权利是与生命权、健康权、文化和教育权利密切相关的一项基本权利,农民工体育权利的实现对于提升农民工幸福生活水平、促进其自身发展和构建和谐社会意义重大,但农民工法定体育权利和实有体育权利在现实中存在巨大差距。以法社会学基本理论为指导,从个人—社会—政府(国家)3个层面深入分析实现农民工体育权利的制约因素,并提出大力推进公共体育服务均等化,构建农民工体育权利社会支持体系,加强农民工体育组织建设,以农民工自我发展为基础,提升农民工体育权利意识等实现农民工法定权利的现实路径。
