摘    要:采用小鼠跑转笼运动方式,研究了从5月龄开始为期8个月的运动训练对小鼠心肌抗氧化应激能力的影响。结果发现,随年龄的增长心肌线粒体MnSOD和GSH-px活性有升高趋势,而运动训练组小鼠心肌线粒体MnSOD和GSH-px活性又显著高于对照组。这表明,衰老过程中心肌线粒体自由基的产生增加,从而诱导抗氧化酶产生增加。而长期有规律的适量运动训练能适量增强机体抗氧化能力,抑制脂质过氧化。

Abstract:Using the exercise mode of running wheel, the present study observes effects of eight month physical training on antioxidation in aged mice myocardium which initiated physical training at 5 months of age . Results show that activities of myocardial mitochondrial MnSOD and GSH-pxin the physical training group are significantly higher than those in the control group.The paper indicates that free radicals induce the increase of antioxidant enzymes in my cardial mitochondria during the aging process and prolonged regular physical training can increase antioxidatiion moderately as well as inhibit the occurrence of lipid peroxide.
