| 摘 要： | 采用理论分析和文献资料法,对体育用品产业标准化的概念进行分析,在此基础上探讨我国大力推进和实施体育用品产业标准化的必要性.认为虽然我国体育用品产业标准化取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在着总体水平仍然较低;采用国际标准率低;环保与社会责任标准"缺席";出口产品技术标准的依赖与锁定;企业标准意识薄弱,标准化工作滞后;政府标准实施和监督动力不足,公共服务体系相对弱化等问题.提出了积极采用国际标准,适应国际竞争需要;完善标准结构,应对非贸易壁垒;通过技术专利化,专利标准化,标准许可推进企业实施标准战略;突出标准检测和监督体系建设;政府积极构建标准公共服务体系等对策.

| Abstract: | Using the theoretical analysis and the method of literature material, this paper studied the conception of sporting goods industry standardization,based on it discussed the necessity in carrying out sporting goods industry standardization. Considering that sporting goods industry standardization in China had obtained some achievements, but still had some questions as follow: the low level of standardization as a whole, less applying the international standard,absence of environmental protection and social responsibility standard, relying on and locking of technical standard of exports, weak in enterprise' s standard consciousness and lag of standardized work, the government' s standard implementation and the surveillance power were insufficient and public service system is relative weak. The author proposed corresponding countermeasure as follow: using the international standard and meeting the international competition need, the enterprises implementing the standard strategy through using the technical monopoly and the patent standardization as well as the standard permission, the government should give prominence to standard verify check and the establishment of surveillance system and constructs the public service system. |
