| 摘 要： | 由于体育教育专业学生存在专项素质差等不利因素，给教学带来一定的难度，而当前学校武术的要求又大大提高，如何培养胜任学校武术教学的体育师资便成为摆在我们面前的新课题。通过文献法、社会调查、教学经验总结等方法研究提出：必须加大武术教学改革力度，对学生进行武德教育和中国传统文化教育、注重和强化武术基本功教学、强化武术技术能力、提高武术健身理论水平和审美能力、加强武术教学能力等综合能力的培养以及改革考核办法，这是提高武术教学质量，培养胜任学校武术工作师资的有效途径和方法。

| Abstract: | Because physical education students have not enough professional quality,there are many difficulties in the teaching.Along with the demand of wushu getting higher and higher,it is a question of the first importance to educate student to be a excellent teacher that has the ability to take on the teaching wushu.This paper uses literature,social investigation and sums up teaching experience,and it puts forward:the effective way and method of increasing teaching quality and culturing excellent teachers is to enhance the teaching reform,educate students in the morals of wushu and Chinese fine tradition,pay attention to teaching in basic skills,strengthen wushu skill ability,increase wushu theoretical level and aesthetic ability,strengthen wushu teaching ability,and reform examine method. |
