| 摘 要： | 在北京奥运赛场上,汇聚了世界顶级的艺术体操精英,使我们领悟到细节的成功孕育着成功的必然.通过对国内外国际裁判的调查和访谈,世界强队的长盛不衰都有着相同的经验:在竞赛中追求场上成套动作的完美诠释;在训练上重视专项基础阶段中动作细节的训练,认真落实训练大纲,重视对国际评分规则的研究和国际裁判员的培养,这些都是世界艺术体操强队成功的关键.根据多年来对我国优秀运动员的跟踪调研,比较世界艺术体操强队,我国必须加大后备选手的储备量、认真负责地抓好后备选手的基础训练、推进国际裁判的重点培养,才能促进中国艺术体操队整体水平持续提升.

| Abstract: | The Beijing Olympic Games brought together the world's top artistic rhythmic gymnasts, and their stunning competition told us that success arose
from appropriate management of details. From the investigations and interviews with the international referees, it was found out that all global powerful
forces of rhythmic gymnastics share the same principle to maintain long-lasting strong. They attach great concern in specialized training of movement details,
carry out training program earnestly, pursue perfect performance of combination on court, and value the study on international scoring rules and development
of international referees. Those are the keys to the success of world's most powerful forces of rhythmic gymnastics. Based on years of research on
Chinese elite athletes and comparison with international powerful forces, it is suggested to enlarge its gymnast reserves, strengthen the basic training for talent
athletes, and promote the cultivation of international referees, so as to improve the overall level of China's rhythmic gymnastics team persistently. |
