| 摘 要： | 揭示转轨时期我国足球后备人才培养体系改革的必要性；对后备人才培养体系的三个层次——职业俱乐部、足球学校和业余足球俱乐部、足球普及层面进行发展现状、存在问题及其原因的研究；对足球学校存在的高收费、粗放型经营、学生出路、缺乏宏观调控等现象进行论述；对我国后备人才培养体系提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper focus on the present situation, problems, reasons and popularization levels of the three stages of the cultivating system, i.e. professional football clubs, football schools, amateur football clubs. It is suggested that the reform of the cultivating system is necessary. Based on the analysis of problems of football schools, some countermeasures are provided. |
