| 摘 要： | 体育强国应该是各项体育事业发展水平一流，并且在国内、国际上产生了重要影响的国家。体育强国的软实力就是体育文化吸引力、体育
价值观吸引力、体育体制吸引力、塑造体育国际规则和国际形象等的体育软实力，它对内影响体育发展潜力、对外具有国际影响力。体育强国软
实力提升路径：提升包括体育价值观、体育文化精神在内的我国体育文化实力、通过国际、国内的重大体育赛事和体育活动来提升我国体育软实
力、统筹规划，逐步提升我国体育整体软实力、塑造国际体坛话语权。

| Abstract: | The strong sports countries should be excellent in every sports enterprise, and have important impact in both inside and outside country. The strong sports countries' soft power are composed of, sports cultural attraction, sports values attraction sports system attraction, and effect of shaping international sports rules and international image, and they affect their sports development potential and have international influence in sports cultural attraction.To promote the soft power of a strong sports country, there are some paths including promoting our sports cultural, such as sports values, sports cultural spirits, promoting sports soft power through important domestic or international sports games and activities, making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration to increasingly promote the whole sports soft power, and shaping discourse right in the international sports world. |
