| 摘 要： | 借助文献资料和逻辑推理以及模型构建方法，分析中国职业足球联赛的共有产权。认为交易成本的存在使职业联赛产权被分割给不同的权利者。理论上中国职业足球联赛的产权是一种国有产权，但由于作为主要参与者的俱乐部的深度介入，职业联赛产权必然被分割给协会和俱乐部，职业联赛产权实际上成为一种共有产权，因此制订一个合理的剩余索取权的分配比例是解决中国职业足球联赛问题的关键。最后，构建了一个模型计算出一个最优的联赛共享产权的收益分配比例。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the property right of Chinese Soccer League was analyzed using the method of literature, logic reasoning and model establishment.The existence of transaction costs made property right were allocate to different rights owners.Theoretically, the ownership of Chinese Soccer League is state-owned property rights, but due to depth intervention of the clubs as major participants, the ownership of Chinese Soccer League was shared by association and clubs.The key solution is how to evolve a reasonable distribution ratio of the Residual Claim of Chinese Soccer League.At last, the author put forwarded a model to calculate the optimal share ratio of the Chinese Soccer League. |
