| 摘 要： | 结合前期肌肉附着点三维坐标的研究,对股四头肌长度和力臂进行专门的实验性研究。研究髌骨对推算股四头肌长度及对膝关节力臂的影响。髌骨随膝角变化的运动轨迹特征呈抛物线状;髌骨主要对膝关节力臂有重要的影响,可使力臂长度增加2.5倍;90°～0°伸膝范围内力臂增加幅度较大。

| Abstract: | It has been a hot topic to study quadriceps femoris. The moving track of patellae is closely related to the movement of knee joint. The track dose not only work upon the length of quadriceps femoris but also upon the arm of the hips and the knee respectively.
