| Abstract: | The present study points out that the legislation of"Sports Law"should be systematized by stages. Based on current needs of developments of society and sports as well as the foundation of construction of sports legal system, the paper puts forward several major issues which should be strengthened emphatically in the procedure of systematizing sports legislation in China at present. The article also analyses practical bases and primary contents of issues mentioned above. |
