| 摘 要： | 高水平运动比赛的成功发挥除了坚实的训练水平之外,还取决于竞技心理水平的高低.在北京奥运会上,中国体操和举重健儿发挥出色取得了优异的成绩,教练员和运动员都认为良好的心理状态是在此次奥运会上获得成功的重要因素.对中国体操队、举重队北京奥运会备战、赛前的心理准备情况进行总结,并展示相关实际案例,以期为高水平运动员大赛心理准备研究提供实践经验,为心理学工作者对运动队提供心理学帮助提供参考. |

| Abstract: | Successful performance of elite athletes depends not only on their firm training level, also on their psychological ability. In Beijing Olympic Games, China gymnastics team and China weightlifters' performance are fineness, they come to the top. Coaches and athletes all think nicer mental state is important complication of successful game. This article summarized the works of China gymnastics team's and China weightlifting team's mental preparation,when they are preparing for Beijing Olympic Games and they are being before match, and showed some factual cases. This article's aim is that offer some practical experiences of mental preparation for elite athletes successful performance, is that offer some references for sport psychology workers who they are helping the sport team. |
