| 摘 要： | 体教结合重在实施,其微观运行机制与具体政策的研究是催生政府指令诞牛、推动体教结合伞面实施的关键环节,鉴于此,体教结合型足球后备人才培养规模的研究具有重要的现实意义与理论价值.采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,问卷调查法对足球后备人才试点学校数量、球队年龄段设置进行研究.结果显示:目前我国可以建立足球后备人才试点小学、初中、高中、大学的数量分别是1533、1 000、667、100个.

| Abstract: | The important thing in combination of training and teaching is to put it into practice. Research on micro-operation mechanism and specific policies is the key factor to promote the government decision and the implementation of combination between training and teaching. By methods of literature review,expert interviews, questionnaire surveys, the number of key school and the age period were studied, the results showed that we should create 1533 pilot primary schools, 1000 pilot secondary schools, 667 pilot high schools, and 100 pilot universities in the long run. |
