| 摘 要： | 我国职业俱乐部在推行现代企业制度过程中取得了一定的成效,目前俱乐部普遍采取公司治理制度,但是在治理结构的深层次方面尚存在许多缺陷.问题主要集中在:集团与行政部门控制、股权结构、机构设置和人事制度安排几个方面.通过对上述问题分析.给出措施与建议,即贯彻政俱分开、推行多元持股、完善俱乐部内部权力配置和健全选聘、激励与约束机制.

| Abstract: | In China, professional sports clubs have made great progress since the modern enterprise system was established. At present, the corporate management
system is usually used in sport clubs, but there are still a lot of disadvantages in it, the corporate group and administration control, share-structure,
institutions establishment and personnel system arrangement. Based on the investigation, a few suggestions are proposed, such as, separating government and
club management, bringing multi-shareholders into effect, perfecting the power distribution and incentive and restraint mechanisms. |
