| Abstract: | The present study analyses current takeoff technique features of woman vault through methods of document,mathematical statistics and biomechanics.This article makes a comparison among three types of takeoff technique of handspring forward,Arab spring and jump with 180 turn and supplies theoretical bases and technical parameters for scientific training. |
