| 摘 要： | 探讨了体育教师应对挑战的策略，认为体育教师必须随时对自已的工作及专业能力的发展进行评估，树立终身学习的意识，保持开放心态，把学校视为自己学习的场所，在实践中学习，不断对自己的教育教学进行研究、反思，对自己的知识与经验进行重新整合，以适应不断变化的教育要求。

| Abstract: | P.E.curriculum reform in basic education brought about both severe challenges and many opportunities for P.E.teachers.It is critical for every P.E.teacher to catch the opportunity and coping the challenges.This study,based on such logical point,exploited the strategies how P.E.teachers challenges of P.E.curriculum reform in basic education,and puts forward such points that P.E.teachers must adjust their roles,change old-fashioned education view,teaching behaviors,teaching model and work style so as to adapt to the demand of new curriculum reform. |
