| Abstract: | The present study discusses the issue on scientifically evaluating professional titles for the series of non teachers in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education based on relative documents promulgated by the National Educational Committee and Tianjin Educational Committee and the current situation in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education.This article puts forward some designig principles of comprehensively evaluating,quantifying and detailing,being operative and policy directing. |
