| 摘 要： | 目的:研究8周有氧跑台训练对大鼠学习记忆能力和海马内CREBmRNA表达的影响。材料与方法:选用健康雄性SD大鼠20只,随机分为安静对照组(C组,n=10)和运动训练组(T组,n=10),运动组进行为期8周的有氧跑台训练,每周训练5次,第8周对C组和T组进行为期6天的Morris水迷宫实验,使用实时荧光定量PCR法检测各组大鼠海马CREBmRNA的表达水平。结果:8周有氧跑台训练增强T组大鼠在Morris水迷宫中的学习记忆能力,同时上调T组大鼠海马内CREB(上调28.8%)的基因表达。结论:8周有氧跑台训练促进大鼠学习记忆能力,这可能与跑台训练显著上调大鼠海马CREBmRNA的表达有关。
