| 摘 要： | 对产权中的物权、债权、知识产权和股权,及其相关法律进行研究.论述体育经济活动的物权、债权、知识产权和股权的区分、相关法律对于体育产权界定和体育经济发展的意义:(1)债权、物权等的区分是体育产权多元化的基础,债权法是体育产权多元化的重要法律保障;(2)把产权界定仅仅理解为产权中的所有权或收益权比例的分配,是不全面的,产权分配可以是同类属权利比例的分配,也可以是使各产权主体分别获得不同类属权利,如分别获得物权、债权、知识产权等权利;(3)债权法提供了明确产权分配的方法,体育投融资、运动员商业活动等经济活动,都可以通过合同对模糊产权中的某些具体的权益进行明确.
