| 摘 要： | 作为体育市场化改革的产物，社会体育指导员职业与市场经济密切相关。目前，我国社会体育指导员职业发展还未能完全摆脱计划经济思维模式的影响，现行的社会体育指导员体制还难以满足市场竞争需求，社会体育指导员职业资格证书制度缺乏市场针对性和灵活性。今后我国社会体育指导员职业建设应牢固树立市场经济意识，以市场需求为导向，完善社会体育指导员体制，建立面向市场的职业资格证书制度，落实职业准入制度，借助市场途径推广社会体育指导员职业，并可考虑对社会体育指导员职业进行更名。

| Abstract: | As the reform production of sport market, the occupation of social sports instructor related closely with market economy.Now the development of social sports instructor occupation in China can not cast off the thinking mode of planed economy, the system of social sports instructor can not meet the demands of market competition, the occupation qualification certificate system of social sports instructor lacked market pertinence and agility.The development of social sports instructor occupation in China should build up the thinking model of market economy in the future, take market demand as direction, perfect social sports instructor system, establish social sports instructor occupation qualification certificate system which faces market, carry out occupation certification system, extend social sports instructor occupation through market system, and try to change the name of social sports instructor occupation. |
