| 摘 要： | 采用实验法，对国家花样队男子单人滑运动员在调整期的生理生化指标：运动心率、血红蛋白（Hb）、血尿素（BU）肌酸激酶（CK）、血睾（T）、皮质醇（C）、血乳酸（Bla）、尿酮体（UKET）、尿蛋白（UPRO）及身体成分进行测试。结果表明：国家花样队男子单人滑运动员在调整期的各项生理生化指标较好，训练供能方式主要以有氧代谢为主，有利于运动员的恢复；瘦体重较大，体脂百分比较低，BMI指数在正常标准范围内，但有个别队员有轻微缺水现象。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the authors use the experimental method to test the physiological and biochemical index of male single figure skaters from Chinese national team during adjustment session.Exercising heart-rate,hemoglobin(Hb),blood urea(BU),creatine phosphokinase(ck),testosterone(T),cortisol(C),bood lactate(Bla),urine ketones(UKET),urine protein(UPRO) and their body composition are tested.The results shows that their physiological and biochemical indexes are fine and aerobics is primary for the rehabilitation.The characteristic of their body composition is fat rate lower and lean body rate higher,and body mass index is on the standard level.But a few skaters dehydrate lightly. |
