| 摘 要： | 政府的介入改变了体育的历史，对近现代体育的形成和发展具有重大意义。政府介入体育是近代工业革命和政治发展的必然产物。它导致体育由一种民间与个人的自发行为变为带强制性的国家行为，从而有力地促进了体育的发展与普及。随着社会经济的发展和体育市场成熟，政府淡出对体育的直接管理，降低介入深度将是一个大趋势。对于中国而言，目前主要还是要探讨政府为主导的“举国体制”与体育社会化、市场化之间的平衡问题，最终则是要通过改革和发展，解决中国体育发展，尤其是竞技运动发展过多依靠政府的状况。

| Abstract: | The government intervention has changed the history of sports.It plays a significance role in the form and developing of modern sports. The government intervenes in sports is the necessary result of modern industrial revolution and political development.It led to a result that sports changed into a coercive national action from an individual or voluntary spontaneous action.It strongly improved the development and popularization of sports. As the developing of the social economy and the maturating of the sports market,it will be a necessary tendency that the government will reduce the direct management to sports and recede the depth of the intervention. How will the government intervene sports still remains a problem needs solved by countries all over the world.As to China,the most important thing is to discuss the balance between "The Whole Nation System" and the socialization and marketing of sports that led by the government.In a word,the key question is by means of reforming and developing,Chinese government should improve the condition that the development of sports in China depend too much upon the government,especially the development of the competitive sports. |
